Kane Williamson led Sunrisers Hyderabad did not have the best outing in the last season of IPL. However, with a new squad, the franchise will hope to better their chances in the fresh edition of the Indian Premier League. They will kickstart their campaign on March 29 against Rajasthan Royals at Pune's MCA Stadium and will play their last game of the league stage against Punjab Kings on May 22, 2022, at Wankhede Stadium.
The 15th edition of the tournament will see a total of 70 league matches across four venues in Mumbai and Pune. The tournament will commence on March 26, and the final will be played on May 29. Each of the ten teams will play 14 games in the league stages over a span of 2 months. Notably, SRH will play two games each against CSK, RCB, PBKS, GT and KKR in league stages.
