Mumbai batter Suved Parkar became the 12th Indian batter to start his First-Class career with a double hundred on the second day of the Ranji Trophy 2022 quarterfinal against Uttarakhand at Alur Cricket Ground on Tuesday.

Batting at the No. 4 position the 21-year-old Suved Parkar achieved his landmark in the second session of Day 2 of Ranji Trophy 2022, as he drove left-arm spinner, Swapnil Singh, for a single to long-off. Parker took 375 balls for his double ton with 17 fours and 3 sixes.

Suved Parkar rose in the ranks playing at Swami Vivekanand International School which is Rohit Sharma’s school where he played under coach Dinesh Lad and dominated in the local and age-group cricket.
