Tencent has unveiled the 2023 Esports Calendar for all PUBG Mobile Pro Level events, including PMPL, PMWI, and PMGC. The Calendar covers the tournaments taking place across the year which will include many established and rising teams.

The World Invitational Riyadh in July will be the first global event. Whereas the season concludes with the prestigious Global Championship in December 2023. The calendar also includes two medal events, the 32nd SEA Games and the 19th Asian Games which are scheduled to take place in May and September this year, respectively. PUBG Mobile will be featured in both.

Talking about the schedule, the Director of PUBG MOBILE Global Esports, James Yang stated that he has high hopes for this year’s events and believes that like 2022, 2023 will bring joy and excitement to fans. He said, “Following an excellent start to 2023 with the conclusion of the 2022 PMGC, we’re pleased to share the full schedule of our amazing line-up of pro-tier competitions for this year.”

“From the PMPL which is due to commence later this month, to the PMGC Grand Finals in December, our competitive ecosystem has never been stronger and we can’t wait to see the reaction from our fans.”

Talking about the biggest event of the year, PUBG Mobile Global Championship will take place in Turkey towards the end of 2023. The league stage of the tournament will start and then the finals will conclude in December. PMGC is set to have 48 teams from across the world, which is two fewer than the 2021 edition.
