In his 57 innings, Pant has scored 1023 runs with an average of 23.25 and striking at 126.76. In the last game of the tournament against Ireland, Pant came up with 36* runs. Not only this, but against the warm-up match against Bangladesh, the 26-year-old came up 53 runs helping his side win in both the games.
