Toto Wolff vented out his frustration at a crane operator at Monaco Grand Prix after Lewis Hamilton’s W14 was left exposed. Recently, the crane operator picked up the damaged W14 which ended up revealing the entire floor that was the result of Mercedes’ hard work. After the Monaco GP, he shared an image on Twitter venting his frustration.

During the FP3 season, Hamilton crashed in the penultimate minutes, and brought out the red card. As the session stopped, the marshals came onto the track and cleared it by removing the car. Thereafter, fans saw Hamilton’s car getting picked up high in the air at the Maribeau sector. As a result, all the hard work put in by James Allison and his team was left exposed in front of the whole world. Speaking about it in the post-qualification interview, the Mercedes boss said, "Whoever performed the crane has probably worked for Cirque du Soleil.” He further added, “Honestly, that I don’t even comprehend.” For those who don’t know, Cirque du Soleil is an entertainment company from Canada as well as the biggest contemporary circus in the world.

He further conveyed that the car was on the road, and it should have been moved away with a truck. Instead, everything became a mess, and the car was left hanging in the air. However, as the 51-year-old anticipated a possible outrage, he said that he was joking about the crane operator and the marshals were doing a great job. Mercedes wasn’t the only team that suffered from the similar problems on Saturday in Monaco, as Red Bull were forced to have their car hung up open in the air.
