The final match-week for the UEFA Champions League 2022-23 group stage has offered exciting results from the Tuesday's clash between the teams of Group A, B, C and D. Tottenham Hotspur and FC Porto won their final games with an identical score of 2-1 to claim the top spots in their respective groups.

In the Group D, English giants Spurs beat French club Marseille 2-1 to finish the UCL group stage at the top of the group while German club Eintracht Frankfurt defeated Sporting CP 2-1 to qualify for the knockout stages.

Serie A leaders Napoli faced their first defeat of the season across all competitions as  Premier League giants Liverpool defeated Gil Azzurri 2-0, however, the Italian club maintain their top spot in the Group A despite losing to the Reds at the Anfield. On the other hand, Dutch giants AFC Ajax defeated Scottish club Rangers 3-1 to qualify for the next round.

Bayern Munich and Inter Milan claimed the top two places in the Group C that also features Barcelona and Viktoria Plzen. While the Bundesliga champions defeated the Italian side 2-0 to claim the top spot, the Catalan giants beat the Czech club 4-2 to register their second win in the campaign.

Portuguese club FC Porto and Belgian side Club Brugge qualified for the knockout stages from the Group B on Tuesday. While Porto beat Spanish giants Atletico Madrid 2-1 to claim the top spot, Club Brugge played a goalless draw against Bayer Leverkusen and claimed the second place in the points table.

Spanish giants Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are already out of the Champions League race and the Catalans will take part in the UEFA Europa League 2022-23 while Atleti are out of the Europa League as well after finishing at the bottom in their group. 

Defending champions Real Madrid and Sevilla are the only two La Liga sides left in the competition with the latter struggling to qualify for the knockout stages and the Los Blancos, who are already qualified, will look to finish the group stage with a victory.
