The alleged Urvashi Rautela and Rishabh Pant saga has presented people with another big moment on the Indian cricketer’s birthday. There have been countless rumours about the pair dating each other but there hasn’t been any clarification on any specific relationship.
But on, 4 October, Rishabh Pant’s 25th birthday, the Bollywood star posted an Instagram reel with the caption saying, “Happy Birthday.” In the video, the Bollywood star can be seen dressed in a red dress and blowing a kiss. However, Urvashi did not mention or tag anyone in her post.
Moreover, netizens have been quick to speculate that this Urvashi Rautela reel was directed towards Pant.
The pair were making headlines earlier last month when Urvashi Rautela apologised during an interview when asked about the Indian cricketer. She earlier said, “sorry, I’m sorry” with folded hands, which many considered as an apology to the cricketer, however, it isn’t the situation according to the actor.
She clarified her stance and took to her Instagram stories and wrote, “These days official news articles & so-called meme pages (worst marketers) are more scripted than movies or a tv show!!! That sorry was for my fans & loved ones that I had nothing to say…”
Later, Urvashi was asked to share if she had any words for Rishabh Pant during an interaction. To this, the actor said told Instant Bollywood, “Seedhi baat no bakwas. And that's why I will not be doing any bakwas (To the point answer with no-nonsense and therefore I will not be making any nonsense comment)." Rumours about Urvashi and Rishabh dating go back back to 2018 when they were spotted arriving and leaving restaurants, parties and public events in Mumbai.
Later, reports about their breakup were making rounds on the internet and claimed that the pair has blocked each other on WhatsApp. After this, in 2019, Rishabh denied all those dating rumours and announced his relationship with girlfriend Isha Negi.
