Former Indian captain Virat Kohli had a great outing in the recently concluded Asia Cup 2022 in the United Arab of Emirates. Although Team India was knocked out of the tournament after back-to-back defeats from Pakistan and Sri Lanka in the Super Four stage, the Delhi lad hit two half-centuries and notched up his long-awaited 71st International century and his first in the shortest format at the international stage in their last clash against Afghanistan in the continental tournament.

And now with a few days to go before the start of the home series against Australia, the Indian batter decided to spend his time off-the-field in the best possible manner. The batter went out to have some coffee with his wife Anushka Sharma. The 'Chakda Xpress' actress shared couple of pictures from their coffee date where the couple can be seen together. The picturesque location is yet unknown, but the couple appears to be enjoying their time.

The celebrity couple has often expressed their admiration for each other and never hesitates in crediting each other for their success. The 33-year-old batter recently spoke highly of his wife after he breached the three-figure mark after close to 3 years.

"You see me standing here like this right now because all the thing that have been put in perspective have been done by one person, who stood by me throughout all these difficult times, that's Anushka Sharma. I would like to dedicate this hundred to my wife and our daughter Vamika," Kohli had said.

Following Virat's comment, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma posted a picture of her husband and wrote, "Forever with you through any and everything."

Meanwhile, Bollywood actress is prepping up for the highly anticipated biopic 'Chakda Xpress' which is based on the life of legendary Indian women pacer Jhulan Goswami. With that movie, Anushka is marking her return after the 2018 debacle, Zero, featuring Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.

The actress had earlier opened up about how this project was an eye-opener for her. “I was absolutely blown away by the script. It was an eye opener for me into the world of women’s cricket as I am sure it will be for you as well,” she said.
