Virat Kohli on a long break after IPL 2025
After the end of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, Virat Kohli is on a break as he isn’t a part of the Indian team for the upcoming five-match Test series in England, following his international Test retirement on May 12. As Kohli will now only be active in One-Day Internationals (ODI), his fans will expect him to be at his best in Bangladesh, where the Men in Blue will play three 50-over matches from August 17 to 23.
India haven’t won any ODI series in Bangladesh for the last 11 years. In 2022, the two-time World Cup champions suffered a 1-2 ODI series loss at the hands of the Bangla side. However, things will be different this time as India will be extremely confident as they will play their first 50-over series after the 2025 Champions Trophy triumph in Dubai.
