The Men in Blue continued their struggle in the second Test after Nathan Lyon reduced the hosts to 66/4 in the first session of Day 2. However, the set-batters in Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja also failed to continue their momentum as they were called for LBW by the Test debutants Kuhnemann and Todd Murphy.
However, Virat Kohli’s dismissal in the India innings caught a lot of eyeballs. While a few called it not out as the bat touched first, but the third umpire called for an umpire’s call which went against Kohli’s call.

The wickets showed to be marginally hitting as per the Hawk eye. Kohli walked out in disappointment and went up to look the video of his dismissal in the dugout again. He was shocked to see the dismissal with the support staff in batting coach Vikram Rathour and Head Coach Rahul Dravid also looking in shock. India at the time of writing was trailing by 80 plus runs with all-rounders Axar Patel 20 off 38 and R Ashwin playing at 21-ball 10 in the middle.
