Team India were looking down the barrel at the end of 10 overs and it seemed a big defeat was on the cards for the hosts when Axar Patel walked in to join Suryakumar Yadav. What transpired was absolute carnage. We don't see very often that Suryakumar play a second fiddle but it was the case when Axar Patel went berserk and scored a 20-ball fifty in the chase of 207.
The all-rounder's innings included 2 fours and 6 massive sixes. Axar smashed 3 consecutive sixes off Wanindu Hasaranga's over to lit up the fans in Pune. The fans on Twitter were absolutely ecstatic as Patel's innings gave India a sniff at the target.
