Coming back to the Lakers’ Hoops for Troops initiative, the NBA team invited 150 military members from Los Angeles Air Force Base/Space Force, March Air Reserve, and the United States Navy for three separate basketball clinics.

In this season’s Hoops for Troops, the LeBron James-starring franchise invited the troops to the arena, where they were greeted by the Lakers staff and Lakers Legends James Worthy, Robert Horry, and Michael Cooper. The Lakers kicked off their basketball clinics by expressing their gratitude for the troops’ continued service and commitment to their country.

In the basketball clinics, the troops engage in drills, relays, and friendly competition, where they are accompanied by the basketball stars of the particular franchise.
