Rohit Sharma-led Team India and the Australian cricket team have resumed their practices ahead of the third Test. The two sides will now lock horns in the third Test, scheduled to start from March 1 at the Holkar Stadium in Indore, followed by the fourth and final Test. The Men in Blue are already 2-0 up in the series after comfortably winning the opening to Tests of the series.

In the latest video shared by Cricket Australia, the visitors can be seen training hard to overcome the Indian line-up as they aim to comeback after two back-to-back losses. In the video, the Smith-led side has turned towards rollers, football and steel board for a unique drill during one of their practice sessions in Delhi.

 

Australia’s assistant coach Andrew Borovec is seen creating tough fielding challenge at slips after Smith missed a number of catches at slip. The coach was seen deflecting the ball with the help of boards, rollers with Smith, Marnus and a few others being part of the drill.

Australia to miss key players in Cummins, Warner & others

 

The visitors have been jolted with a massive blow as the side will miss the services of Test skipper Pat Cummins. The Aussies will also miss opener David Warner, who returned home after suffering an elbow injury, along with Ashton Agar, Matt Renshaw.
