shreyas iyer bangladesh india test sportstiger

Shreyas Iyer has been batting brilliantly in the ongoing first Test match against Bangladesh. India were in a spot of bother after lost 4 wickets on 112 but Shreyas Iyer along with Cheteshwar Pujara stitched a brilliant partnership to take India over 250. While Pujara missed out on century as he got dismissed on 90, Iyer is still at the crease and is nearing a century. However, Iyer had a fair share of luck on his side as the batter remained not out despite getting bowled.

In the 84th over, Ebadot Hossain bowled a brilliant swinging delivery and beat Iyer's bat to hit the stumps. However, the bowler couldn't believe as despite hitting the stumps with sheer pace, the bails did not dislodged.
