Rohit Sharma-led Team India let the 1st ODI slip away from their hand as Bangladesh all - rounder Mehidy Hasan played a historic innings, at the Shere Bangla in Dhaka on Sunday. The majority of the Indian batters failed big time as KL Rahul emerged as the saviour for the Men in Blue.

Before Indian cricket fans saw the brilliance of Rahul with the bat, a cricket fan noticed an interesting sight involving Indian skipper Rohit Sharma.  Although Rohit could not play such an impactful innings, during his 31-ball stay at the wicket, Rohit played a few delightful strokes.

Meanwhile, in the 5th over of the innings, Rohit drove Hasan through the covers to pick up his second four, camera recorded a frame that captured ‘SK Yadav’ sign on Rohit’s bat.

Notably, Rohit has the big CEAT logo on his bat, while using the good old SS (Sunridges).

Speaking of the match, KL Rahul’s 73 helped Team India to post 186 before Bangladesh skipper Litton Das (41 off 63) played a fine knock during the run chase. However, it was Mehidy Hasan Miraz (38* off 39) in the end who played a pivotal role in Bangladesh stealing a historic victory for the hosts.

Notably, Indian bowlers needed just 1 wicket to clinch the game, while Bangladesh had a daunting task ahead of them with 51 runs yet to be scored.  But Mehidy Hasan Miraz and Mustafizur Rahman (10 off 11) stitched a crucial match-winning stand in the middle to confirm a historic victory for the Bangla Tigers.
