Chenille Henry goes off field after getting hit by ball on forehead
Things got a bit concerning for the Caribbeans when Chenille Henry got hit by the ball on her face. The incident took place on the second ball of the 12th over when she attempted to complete a catch off Deandra Dottin’s delivery. Amelia Kerr attempted to pull a boundary towards the long on off a Dottin’s short of length delivery, which almost ended up in Henry’s hands.
However, she not only dropped the catch but went down on the floor in pain after getting hit on her forehead. She was given first aid by the physio but things didn’t go well for her and she had to be taken off the field. Shemaine Campbelle came in her place. New Zealand posted 128 runs on board with the loss of nine wickets.
