The Ultimate Fighter 31 has been heating up with Conor McGregor’s hands-on approach has failed to improve his team’s poor performances against Micheal Chandler. In the latest TUF episode, Team McGregor suffered its seventh straight loss as Landon Quinones was defeated by Jason Knight in the first round.
Hence as per a recent video shared on The Ultimate Fighter's social media account, McGregor was seen dropping Landon Quinones with a brutal body kick days before his bout against Jason Knight. While describing his experience of being in the ring with McGregor, Quinones talked about feeling nervous and getting to know a lot more about fighting than being in the octagon for so many years.

"I finally got to go with Conor," Landon Quinones said. "When I went with Conor it was a blessing because I was kind of nervous. I started moving with him and throw my jab, he throws a couple of power shots at me. I'm like 'Okay, it's one of those kind of spars'. The same way he thought us in the class he did a lead leg body kick with his toes.”
"He hit me with a left body kick right in my liver that kind of shut me down for a minute. When that happened I felt like I learned more in that round than I did in a lot of rounds in my career and I feel like I'm going to take that with me, the way I train is going to be so much different," he continued.
Conor McGregor’s return to UFC
With these antics, there has been a lot of speculation about the Notorious One coming return to the Octagon probably as part of The Ultimate Fighter against Micheal Chandler. The speculation regarding the fight went through the roof as McGregor announced the date for his fight, despite being out of UFC's drug testing pool.
Recently Conor McGregor shared that his next fight will take place in December as per a deleted tweet by Mystic Mac a few days back. Reacting to this comment, UFC president Dana White stated he will wait and see what transpires over the next few months.
