The cash-rich IPL league has seen many fantastic brother duos be a part of different teams, be it overseas or Indian players. Some of them have earned a lot of fame for themselves. One of the most popular duo was Michael and David Hussey who played for different franchises. Even now after retiring from the game, the brothers are associated with the management of two different IPL teams.
While Michael is a part of CSK management, David is a member of the KKR management. It is worth noting that the two sides are currently playing against each other in IPL 2021.
During the interview between the overs David Hussey was asked about elder brother Michael Hussey’s latest beard style. To this, the younger one replied by saying, “It looks absolutely disgraceful, unattractive and horrible. No, Thank You. I told him prior to the game he looks like 55 years old.”
As peculiar as Michael Hussey's beard look, David Hussey's sarcastic comment on his elder brother sent everyone in splits.

IPL career of the Hussey brothers
David Hussey has played for 3 different franchises during his IPL stint- Kolkata Knight Riders, Kings XI Punjab (Punjab Kings) and Chennai Super Kings. Having played 64 matches in the cash-rich league, the younger Hussey has scored 1322 runs, including 5 half-centuries, and secured 8 wickets against his name.
Whereas the more popular Michael Hussey has had a elite IPL career. Having played in 59 games, the elder Hussey brother has scored 1977 runs, including 1 century and 15 half centuries, with his best score being 115*.
