The ongoing match between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore is nothing short of an entertainer. After opting to bat first, Faf du Plessis-led RCB posted 126 on board in their 20 overs. However, the Red and the Gold side had some other plans when they took the field in the second innings.

While the RCB bowlers led by Mohammed Siraj drew the first blood in the very first over, the other bowlers also stepped up to send the half lineup packing inside the powerplay. With the scoreboard reading 38/5 after seven overs, a moment that captured everyone’s attention was a fan invading the field of play.

With Virat Kohli well placed on the field, a fan intervened in the match and ran towards Kohli to touch his feet. Virat was quick to react as he gave a tight hug to the fan, with the latter leaving the field to celebrate this moment.
