The Premier League clash between Manchester City and previous table toppers Arsenal saw some exciting game but featured some ugly scenes too. While Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was shoved off by the Belgian attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne in the early minutes of the second half, the action continued going forward.

After this incident, De Bruyne who was substituted with three minutes remaining in the game, saw fans throw water bottles at the footballer. With Kelvin Phillips substituting him in the game, De Bruyne had to make to the dugout from the far sideline. This meant that he had to walk long way to reach the dugout with the fans throwing bottles on him during his walk.
Talking about the match, Pep Guardiola’s men finished with the 3-1 win over Arsenal in an away match as De Bruyne scored the opening goal with a lob of Aaron Ramsdale. With this goal, the Belgian midfielder ended his 13-game goalless run-on Wednesday.
Manchester City will travel to Nottingham Forest’s City Ground for their next game in the Premier League 2022-23.
