Hardik Pandya's Gujarat Titans delivered an all-around performance against Rajasthan Royals in the summit clash of the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League as they lifted their maiden title in the debut season. Gujarat skipper picked three wickets, conceding 17 runs in his four overs, and scored 34 off 30 deliveries to help put his side in the commanding position in his final appearance as a skipper of IPL 2022. Pandya was rewarded Player of the Match for his outstanding performance in the game.
After Shubman Gill finished things in style with a maximum off Obed McCoy, the batter roared in delight and was soon joined by Pandya & Co. in the middle. While Gujarat players were celebrating the historic moment, Hardik was soon joined by his wife in the middle. The pair were seen taking a walk on the ground and spending quality time with each other.
Hardik's first title win as a skipper was undoubtedly a proud moment for his wife, Natasa Stankovic and she wasted no time in being with her husband to celebrate it. The couple hugged each other and exchanged laughs before Hardik moved on to meet other players.

Speaking of the match, the Royals were completely outplayed by the Gujarat bowlers in the first innings as they could not find any momentum in the game. Jos Buttler's 39 off 35 deliveries was the highest score from the team as Hardik Pandya picked three prized wickets of Sanju Samson, Jos Buttler, and Shimron Hetmyer. Mohammd Shami (1/33) and Sai Kishore (2/20) also made valuable contributions in the game to restrict the Royals to a modest total.
