Last week, the current England football team captain Harry Kane set a new record for an all-time goal scorer for his country by putting away a penalty against Italy at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona in Naples. To celebrate this monumental achievement, Harry Kane designed a signature burger in collaboration with TOCA Social, which will be available on sale for a limited time at The O2 Arena in London.

While cooking the signature burger, Harry Kane mentioned some of the ingredients used in the recipe, which included the grilled lemon-herb chicken, coleslaw, chipotle, mayo, and of course, the British bun. The England striker also talked about his Harry Kane Foundation, which focuses on mental health, especially for young boys and girls, where 54% of all proceeds of the record-breaker burger will go.

When asked how he felt about breaking the goal-scoring record previously held by Wayne Rooney, Harry Kane mentioned that “Obviously, Wayne was, someone I looked up to so much growing up, to be able to be on the pitch when he broke the record and now to have broken his record, yeah, such a really special achievement.”

After the game against Italy, he also scored against Ukraine at Wembley Stadium, London this past Sunday to add to his record-breaking goal tally. With these two back-to-back wins, England went on top of Group C in the all-important UEFA EURO Qualifiers. At the time of writing, Harry Kane has scored 55 goals in 82 matches for England on his way to surpassing another football legend Wayne Rooney who had scored 53 goals in 120 matches.
