The star Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah has been out of action for quite some time now. But in the new video doing rounds on social media, the Team India veteran was seen bowling in the nets at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. With the video of his net session going viral, the fans also got the answer of Bumrah’s comeback.

The Indian cricketer aged 29 has been undergoing rehabilitation at the NCA since April and has been out of competitive cricket since September 2022 with a back issue. After his video bowling full throttle emerged, a day later the man himself took to social media to share the glimpses of his practice session.

While sharing the video post, Bumrah tagged the Indian cricket team’s official handle. What further hinted on his return was the song he put to the video which was ‘Coming Home’ by Diddy - Dirty Money. The official handle of the Indian cricket team also in no time replied, “Cannot wait to see you back for @TeamIndia”.

KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer also likely to return ahead of ODI World Cup 2023

If reports are to be believed, Kl Rahul and Shreyas Iyer, the two who are also nursing injuries at the NCA are likely to make a comeback in the much-awaited ODI World Cup 2023. While there are reports of Iyer making a return to the Indian squad for the Ireland series after spending almost six months on the sidelines, KL Rahul was also seen sweating it out. However, he is yet to resume batting in the nets.
