Jasprit Bumrah is an immensely talented cricketer and he has proved this with his performances over the years. The spearhead is known for his ability to adapt to conditions to bring the best out of batsmen. Even in the Indian Premier League (IPL) Bumrah took the wicket of Virat Kohli in his very first game. Since then, he has become a vital cog in Mumbai Indians' bowling lineup.

In the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) Mumbai Indians have struggled to get going and Bumrah's form with the ball has been one of the reasons. But in their match against Punjab Kings on Wednesday, the star pacer redeemed himself to an extent. He bowled perfect lines. He also bowled one of the deadliest yorkers of the season.

In the 15th over, with a new batter in Liam Livingston at the crease, MI skipper Rohit Sharma brought Bumrah back into tha attack. And the pacer did not disappoint his captain as he clean bowled Livingston with a toe-crushing yorker. On the third delivery of the over, Bumrah bowled a perfect yorker which dipped further and uprooted Livingston's middle stump.

Despite some tight bowling from Jasprit Bumrah, Mumbai Indians conceded 198 runs in their 20 overs. While Bumrah gave 28 runs in his four overs, other bowlers conceded 162 runs in 16 overs. Basil Thampi ended as the most expensive bowler for MI as he gave away 47 runs in his four overs. Although he took two wickets, he gave away too many freebies.

Daniel Sams' replacement, Jaydev Unadkat could not do much either as he conceded 44 runs in his four overs. Murugan Ashwin and Tymal Mills gave away 34 and 37 runs respectively. MI bowlers also conceded 16 extras in the game.
