Asia Cup champions Sri Lanka have made a strong start in the match against Namibia in T20 World Cup Qualifiers. The bowlers have managed to pick three wickets inside the powerplay to put Namibia on the backfoot. However, the third wicket of the innings belongs to wicketkeeper Kusal Mendis as he took a stunning catch behind the wicket to get rid of Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton.

In the 5th over, pacer Karunaratne bowled a slower delivery to deceive the batter. As Eaton looked for a drive on the up, the ball catches his outside edge. Mendis dived full-length to his left, almost behind him and just about plucks it with one hand.
