Four-time NBA champion forward LeBron James has been seen enjoying one of his longer offseasons this year as the Los Angeles Lakers failed to make the playoffs. LeBron was seen at the Monaco Grand Prix and the UEFA Champions League final. So with College Football season starting in the USA, King James made an appearance at the opening Ohio State Buckeyes vs Notre Dame Fighting Irish game.
This was the first game in the 100th season of Ohio Stadium and had a massive crowd of over 106,549 fans. LeBron James and his son, Bronny, were seen at the Ohio State sideline. Similarly with the NFL season being a week away, former Buckeyes Justin Fields and Chase Young also were in attendance in Columbus, Ohio.

Talking about the game, No. 2 Ohio State relied on their defence in the top-five opener as they registered a hard-fought 21-10 victory on Saturday. The Buckeyes were carried by C.J. Stroud two touchdown passes that helped Ohio State shut out No. 5 Notre Dame in the final 42 minutes.
Ohio State coach Ryan Day was proud of the team’s defence as it received a lot criticism. He said, "The story of the night was the defence, to turn around and play the way they did after what's been said about them in the off-season, questioning their toughness, and play the way they did against the No. 5 team in the country ... I thought the energy was off the charts for the defence tonight."
