The ongoing season of Bangladesh Premier League has been all about some fantastic cricket, bizarre incidents and Pushpa celebrations. While Andre Russell's infamous run-out has been one of the major talking points of the tournament, the incredible Pushpa moves re-created by players like Dwanye Bravo, Nazmul Islam and few others have also got viral.
From the amazing 'Main jhukega nahi' action to 'Srivalli' dance step, fans have witnessed lot of funny things on cricket field this season. However, the Pushpa fever went on to a whole new different level during Match 9 of BPL 2022 on Friday.

It all happened on 1st delivery of 13th over when Mehidy Hasan tried to play a slog-sweep off the bowling of Mahedi Hasan. The ball went straight into hands of Prasanna and Mahedy won the 'battle of Hasans' on the day. And what followed was a bizarre celebration!
The off-spinner took out a pen from his pocket and did the famous Alla Arjun's move from song 'Oo Antava' of Pushpa. Instead of a cigarette (like the song), Mahedi used a pen to re-create the hilarious move which even left the commentators absolutely stunned.

Mahedi Hasan finished with figures of 1/27 in 4 overs and his brilliant bowling, along with Thisara Perera's 3/18, restricted Chattogram Challengers to 143/8 in 20 overs. In reply, Khulna Tigers hunted down the target in 18.5 overs, on the back of crucial knocks from Andre Fletcher (58 off 47) and Mushfiqur Rahim (44* off 30).
