Kolkata Knight Riders opener Phil Salt went after Royal Challengers Bengalur u pacer Lockie Ferguson by smashing the Kiwi for 28 runs in his first over. Playing at the Eden Gardens on a hot Kolkata afternoon, RCB elected to bowl first and faced the wraith of Salt.
