Lucknow Super Giants skipper Rishabh Pant finally had a great time for the bat in IPL 2025 after a disappointing season. In LSG’s last game of the season against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow, Pant looked in great touch with the bat and and went on to complete his second IPL hundred. The left-hander took 54 balls to complete his ton and also came up with a unique celebration after reaching the triple figures.
On the fifth ball of the 18th over, Rishabh Pant smashed a boundary against Bhuvneshwar Kumar to reach his second IPL hundred. After reaching the milestone, the wicket-keeper took out his helmet and gloves and performed a somersault to celebrate his hundred.

LSG post massive 227/3 on board
Talking about the match, coming to bat first after losing the toss, LSG lost their first wicket in the form of Matthew Breetzke at the score of 25 runs in 2.4 overs. After that, Rishabh Pant joined Mitchell Marsh at the crease as the duo added 152 runs for the second wicket. Marsh got out after scoring 67 runs off 37 balls hitting four fours and five sixes.
On the other hand, Rishabh Pant remained unbeaten on 118* runs off 61 balls smashing 11 fours and eight sixes. With the help of his knock, LSG ended up posting 227 runs for the loss three wickets in their 20 overs. For RCB, Nuwan Thusara, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Romaria Shephard scalped a wicket each. Now, RCB need 228 runs to win and confirm their spot in top-two of the points table.
