Despite a slow start to the 16th edition of the Indian Premier League, Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians have managed to qualify for the Playoffs. This happened only after players like Suryakumar Yadav and Cameron Green stepped up for the side in the second half of the season, along with some other team results to help MI seal a Playoffs berth.
However, MI will now lock horns with Lucknow Super Giants in the Eliminator of IPL 2023, a video of skipper Rohit Sharma is now doing rounds on social media. In the viral video, Sharma can be seen drinking water with the bottle cap still closed .
Although he later removed it, fans have left no stone unturned to troll the India and MI skipper. While some pinpointed out the laidback nature of the skipper, a few others claimed that he lives in his own world.
