Rohit Sharma, the captain of Team India and Mumbai Indians in the IPL, has been in the news for his nonchalant attitude towards people for years and years. A recent example of Hitman’s carefree manner of interacting with people was seen at the Wankhede Stadium, when he forgot to give a fan their phone back after taking a selfie with him.

Earlier today, a short clip was shared on the official Instagram page of Mumbai Indians with a caption that read, “Arre 𝐑𝐎 bhai, phone toh dete jao (Hey RO (Rohit) bhai, give the phone back before leaving).” It had the fan screaming on top of his lungs to Rohit Sharma about the phone, just as the MI skipper was walking away with it to the pavilion after taking a selfie with him. Seconds later, Rohit realised his mistake and gave the phone back to the fan while having a huge grin on his face.

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians were able to defeat Rajasthan Royals by six wickets on April 30 (Sunday), in a back-and-forth encounter that went down to the last over. It was Tim David, who smashed three sixes of the first three deliveries off Jason Holder's penultimate over at the Wankhede Stadium to help MI get two important points and stay in touch with the top half teams on the IPL points table.

In their next encounter, Mumbai will take on Punjab at the PCA I.S. Bindra Stadium in Mohali on May 3. Earlier in this IPL season, PBKS were able to win in Mumbai by 13 runs, so MI would like to take revenge against them in their home den.
