While no batter likes to get out, there are a few ways of dismissal that are more annoying than the other. The "Hit wicket" dismissal often comes in the annoying criterion as more than the bowler getting the batter out, it is usually the batter himself who is to blame.
B Sai Sudharsan became the first batter to get hit wicket out in IPL 2022. He became a victim of this dismissal in the last ball of the 16th over of the Gujarat Titans innings during their run chase of 177/6.
Sai was beaten on the pull shot but he had committed himself so much to the stroke that he couldn't keep his balance once no contact was made with the ball and ended up swinging his bat round to disturb the wickets.
