Spain’s goalkeeper Arnau Tenas pranked with the airport security by hiding his gold medal while returning from France after win over the hosts at Paris Olympics 2024 . Notably, Spain took down the hosts 5-3 in a dramatic men’s gold medal clash at the recently-concluded Summer Games 2024. The match saw the goalkeeper ensuring his side’s comeback in the game with his good saves after the hosts scored an opener early in the game. 

As Spain’s football team returned to their country following a successful outing in the French capital, the Paris Saint-Germain goalie shared an Instagram story of him being stopped by the airport security after the security alarm sets off. The footballer then could be seen taking out his gold medal and starts dancing. With the story, the 23-year-old added a caption, “Vamos (Let’s go).”

During the face off between Spain and France for the gold medal at Paris Olympics 2024, Tenas emerged as his side’s hero. After France got off to an early lead in the game, owing to a rare mistake by the footballer, Tenas redeemed himself with a crucial save before the halftime and denied Mateta’s close range goal in 45+2 minutes which proved to be a crucial point in the game. 

Not only this, but the PSG star pulled of another excellent save and dived to stop a powerful shot in the 72nd minute. Following the conclusion of the Paris 2024, Tenas will enjoy a short summer break before his returns to PSG towards the end of this month.
