As India were taking on England in a thrilling Test match at Lord's Cricket Ground from July 10 to 14, several big names from the cricketing world as well as the entertainment field made their presence inside the stadium to catch the live action. Some legendary cricket players like Sachin Tendulkar, Brett Lee, Farokh Engineer were the few names who were present at Lord's during England’s clash against India. Apart from that, other big personalities like former UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, along with some popular Indian stars like Akshay Kumar, Twinkle Khanna, Kriti Sanon and others were also present at the Mecca of Cricket to cheer for India.

However, as these big names were present at the iconic Lord's Ground to catch the action between England and India throughout the five days, one player who was a part of the IPL 2025 winning team Royal Challengers Bengaluru, was denied entry when he tried to enter the stadium at first. A video is going viral on social media where RCB wicketkeeper batter Jitesh Sharma was stopped by the security officials when he tried to enter the Lord's Cricket Ground amidst the recently ended Test match between England and India.

Jitesh Sharma asks Dinesh Karthik for help after security officials stop him from entering Lord's

In a viral video, Jitesh Sharma can be seen trying to convince the security personnel to let him enter the ground. However, the officials couldn’t recognise him and refused to let him in. Later in the video, former Indian cricketer and RCB mentor Dinesh Karthik was also spotted talking to someone over mobile phone. Karthik has been doing commentary in the ongoing Test series between England and India.

After spotting Dinesh Karthik, Jitesh Sharma screamed at his IPL mentor for help. However, Karthik couldn’t notice him at first as he was on a phone call. Later, Jitesh called Karthik on phone and was finally able to get an entry inside the stadium.
