In the 10th match of the Legends Cricket Trophy 2024 between Delhi Devils and Punjab Royals on Wednesday, Devils skipper Suresh Raina pulled off a stunning dive to save the boundary at the Pallekel International Stadium. However, Raina's efforts went in vain as the Royals beat the Devils by six wickets as Anton Devcich and Neil Broom scored 29 runs in 16 balls to win the match.

Suresh Raina's Delhi Devils have lost all three of their matches in the LCT 2024 with their recent defeat against the Punjab Royals, who registered two wins in three matches and are placed fifth in the standings.
On the last delivery of the 12th over, Devcic struck a shot at covers and the 37-year-old Raina began the chase. Raina saved the ball from touching the boundary ropes with a stunning dive, which appeared to injure his shoulder. Despite the save, the Royals stole three runs while Raina stayed on the ground for some time in pain.

Talking about the game, the Devils won the toss and elected to bat first with Suresh Raina playing a captain's knock and scoring the most runs (34) for his side. Delhi managed to register 133 runs in 15 overs at a loss of six wickets as Raha Ali and Monty Panesar picked two wickets each for the Royals.
During the chase, Punjab opener Tilakaratne Dilshan smashed 59-off-36 with 11 fours while Anton Devcic and Neil Broom finished off the job as the Royals beat the Devils by six wickets.
