In the past few years, the Indian fast bowling scene has immensely prospered to great heights. Gone are the days where spin was India's only wicket-taking option. Today, the Indian team boasts of a pace battery that can rival the legendary West Indian quartet.

Even outside the national team setup, countless new, exciting and potent fast bowlers are emerging. One such name in this list is T Natarajan. A Tamil Nadu born cricketer who maximized his opportunities to become one of India's top bowlers.

Recently, Natarajan's IPL team, the Sunrisers Hyderabad, posted a video displaying his express pace and accuracy. In the video, the 30-year-old speedster is seen obliterating the stump used in practice with a speedy delivery.

The post was captioned, "When he isn't crushing your toes, he's breaking the stumps down! [email protected]_91 #OrangeArmy #ReadyToRise #TATAIPL"

Hopeful comeback for Natarajan

Before the IPL 2022 auction, the cricketer had under gone through a tough period as he suffered a knee injury and was tested positive for the COVID-19. While speaking to ESPNCricinfo, he talked about how he is looking to come back stronger in 2022. "I’m not thinking too much about it [the auction]. IPL, another T20 World Cup - there are talks about 2022 being a big year - but I just want to focus on my strengths and keep working hard. If I do that, the rest of the things will fall in place. I’m coming back after a long break, so I’ll be lying if I say I’m not nervous", said Natarajan.
