The Rohit Sharma-led side outclassed Netherlands across departments, registering a 160-run win on Sunday, 12th November at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. This win marked their ninth consecutive win, ensuring them a top of the table finish in the league stage of the tournament.
While it was centuries from Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul along with crucial half-centuries from Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli, which helped them post a 400-plus run target, crucial wickets from Bumrah, Siraj, Kuldeep and Jadeja (two each) and a wicket from Kohli and Rohit helped the side reduce the Dutch to 250 in 47.5 overs.
In the second innings, it was a combined team effort from the side with quick reflexes to register this win and go unbeaten in the competition. But as it came to decide the best fielder medal contender, fielding coach, T Dilip, who has been innovative with this during the course of the tournament, once again was in the limelight.
While he announced the contenders on the decision system, naming KL Rahul, Suryakumar Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja, he eventually named SKY as the winner for his reflex work with the help of the groundsmen.

The winner of the medal, SKY went upto the groundsmen to thank their efforts and posed for a picture with them. The Men in Blue will next take on New Zealand in the first semifinal at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday, 15th November, while South Africa will face Australia in Kolkata.
