During the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 match between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Team India players Virat Kohli and KL Rahul were seen arguing with each other while representing their respective sides. Bowling first after winning the toss, the visitors contained the home side on 162/8 in 20 overs. Bhuvneshwar Kumar stepped up for Challengers and played a vital role in containing Delhi on an average total. In his four-over spell, the pacer grabbed 3/33 figures and became the highest wicket-taker from his team in the game. From Delhi, KL Rahul again utilised his experience and scored 41 off 39 to help his team post a competitive total.

Pursuing the target, DC’s captain Axar Patel has been too hot to handle for RCB as the 31-year-old has delivered a double blow to the visiting team. Bowling his second over, Axar got rid of Jacob Bethell and Devdutt Padikkal. Following both batters, RCB skipper Rajat Patidar also departed towards the dugout after chipping in with only six runs. In the eighth over of the match, Kohli was seen walking towards the DC stumper KL Rahul to discuss something. Both looked like they disagreed with each other while debating over something.

RCB will rely on Kohli to get the better of DC in Delhi

With RCB stuck in the crunch situation, they will be expecting their veteran batter to hold his nerves and guide the team to their seventh victory in the tournament. Kohli is in the middle with Krunal Pandya, who has looked decent with his bat in this match, thus far.

As of writing, RCB have notched up 114/3 in 15 overs, with Kohli batting at an unbeaten 41 off 39 and Krunal with an unbeaten 53 off 38. It is Krunal’s second fifty in IPL. Talking about Challengers, they haven’t lost any away game in this competition so far.
