Virat Kohli, the former Indian captain and one of the architects in the unbeaten campaign of the Men in Blue in the ODI World Cup 2023, was stunned at a viral social media trend. When the Star Sports host asked the 35-year-old to pronounce the sentence “My delulu is the only solulu,” he was shocked about the existence of the words “delulu” and “solulu.”

In the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023, Virat Kohli has played eight innings, scoring 543 runs at an average of 108.60 and a strike rate of 88.29 with two hundreds and four fifties. Most notably, he has equalled the longstanding record of 49 ODI hundreds of his former teammate Sachin Tendulkar at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata against South Africa to help secure the eighth win in a row for India in the CWC 2023.
The viral clip of Virat Kohli on social media platform X had the Star Sports host ask him to recite, “My delulu is the only solulu,” to which the bewildered cricketer responded, “Nahi yaar, aise kaun baat karta hain (No man, who talks like that).” Moments later he did repeat the viral line which had the words “delulu” and “solulu” coined in 2014 by the K-pop fandoms.
