Royal Challengers Bengaluru star Virat Kohli put for a stunning dive save a crackling shot by Lucknow Super Giants captain KL Rahul. So far in the 2024 season of the IPL, Kohli has been in stunning form as he has scored 181 runs in three games and is second in the Orange Cap list.
This tournament also marks Kohli's return after missing the five-match Test series against England. Virat Kohli took time off as he and his wife, Bollywood star Anushka Sharma welcomed a baby boy, named Akaay. Hence there were concerns about Kohli's form, especially with the T20 World Cup in June.
But the Indian cricketing great has showcased his class with the bat and also showed off his incredible fielding ability. Fielding at cover, KL Rahul smashed a stellar drive against Yash Dayal but Kohli put in a full-length dive to stop a certain boundary.

Coming back to KL Rahul, the LSG captain spoke about returning to his home ground and city, Bengaluru. Speaking at the toss, Rahul said, " It is a bit different. Been used to coming here and walking into the home dressing room, bit different when I walk into the visiting dressing room."
