Former Indian player Wasim Jaffer has emerged as one of the funniest cricket personalities on social media. He has been sharing scarily accurate memes about certain cricket events which have garnered countless laughs. Similarly, Jaffer posted an uproarious clip reacting to Namibia’s massive upset over the reigning Asia Cup winner Sri Lanka.
The Namibian team posted 163 in the first innings and followed this batting display with a magical bowling performance where they bundled out the Lankans for just 108. Addressing this win, the 44-year-old congratulated the Namibians and added a hilarious video.
The clip had a kid jumping over a shovel after being batted by his friend. The boy who got hit was referred to as Sri Lanka while the other kid was referred to as Namibia. The tweet was captioned, “Take a bow Namibia 🙌🏽👏🏽 #SLvsNAM #T20WorldCup.”

Talking about the game, Namibia got off to a slow start as they were struggling at 16-2 after three overs. But then their middle order clicked together and progressed towards their 163-run total. In the first innings, Jan Frylinck and JJ Smit were the stars with the bat as they combined to put up 70 and blow Sri Lanka out of the game.
Then with the ball, all Namibian bowlers, barring the captain Gerhard Erasmus, picked up wickets and bundled the Lankans out for 108 in 19 overs. In the terrific bowling effort, David Wiese was the top performer as he picked up two wickets while giving away 16 runs in his four-over spell.
