Former cricketer and India’s 2011 World Cup hero Yuvraj Singh confirmed his participation in the upcoming season of the International Masters League (IML) in 2025. The tournament is set to be played from February 22 to March 16, where the cricketing legends will be seen taking on the field again. India Masters, Sri Lanka Masters, West Indies Masters, England Masters, South Africa Masters and Australia Masters will be the six teams locking horns in the upcoming season.
India Masters will be lead by Sachin Tendulkar and some of the star former cricketers from the country will be seen donning India jersey again in IML 2025. IML shared a video on their social media where Yuvraj Singh confirmed that he will be playing in the upcoming season and asked the fans to show support for their childhood cricketing heroes.
India Masters to face Sri Lanka Masters in opening game of IML 2025
The International Masters League will kickstart with a match between India Masters and Sri Lanka at DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai on February 22. Legends likes Sachin Tendulkar and Kumar Sangakkara will lead their respective teams in the opening match. The tournament will be played in three venues across Mumbai, Vadodara and Raipur.
