It will be a rather quick turnaround for both West Indies and India when they play the third T20I less than 24 hours after finishing the second T20I of the five-match series. This despite Cricket West Indies delaying the third match of the series by 1.5 hours after the second fixture was pushed back by 3 hours because of the team luggage arriving late.

Having said that, India were beaten by West Indies in the second T20I which was their first defeat on this tour. Before the third face-off between the two teams at the Warner Park, Basseterre, St Kitts, here are a few predictions of the important milestones of the match and the winner of the game.

1. Toss Prediction

West Indies have won both the tosses so far which means they have a 100 per cent toss-winning rate in this series. Going by this trend, predicting the home team to win the toss again in the third T20I.

2. Win Possibility

While India may have lost the second T20I, they are a team trying to redefine the way they play t20I cricket. They still are the favourites to win this series and should be able to get back to winning ways in the third T20I.

3. Team of the Day

The Team of the Day is India. They have only lost one match on this tour and also have the head to head record favouring them with the Men in Blue winning 14 of the 22 games with 1 game ending without a result and 7 matches going West Indies' way.

4. Powerplay Score

India's average powerplay score in this series has been 50.5 while West Indies have scored runs at an average of 44 in the powerplay. So predicting India to score above 45 in the first six overs while Windies could end with fewer runs than that.

5. Average score

The average first innings total in the T20I series so far has been 164. However, while the opening T20I was played at the Brian Lara Stadium in Trinidad where 190 was made, the second T20I was staged at the Warner Park, Basseterre, St Kitts which is also the venue for the third T20I. India were reduced to 138 in the previous fixture here.
