The upcoming white-ball series between Afghanistan and Bangladesh is set to be postponed. The bilateral was to be held in Greater Noida later this month but will moved to a later date with the cricket boards of both countries reaching a mutual agreement. The Board of Control for Cricket in India approved Afghanistan to host their home games in India. However, according to multiple media reports, the BCB requested Afghanistan to reschedule as the weather could hinder the series. Both boards are reportedly working on finding the best window for the whiteball series.

Pakistan to play white-ball series in Zimbabwe
Pakistan will tour Zimbabwe later this year for a limited-overs series in November and December, for three T20Is and three ODIs. The Queens Sports Club will host all the matches in Bulawayo. The series will start with ODI matches on 24, 26 and 28 November while the T20Is will be played on 1, 3 and 5 December. The Men in Green last toured Zimbabwe in 2020-21 and won the T20I series 2-1 and comprehensively won the test series as well by a margin of 2-0.

Indian youngster Abhishek Sharma spoke about how Shubman Gill, Indian captain for the Zimbabwe tour, was the first person call to him after he was selected to make his India debut. “Shubman was the first to call me as soon as my name came out,” Abhishek recalled speaking on a video released by BCCI.
