Team India are currently taking on World Champions Australia in a five-match T20I series at home. However, the Suryakumar Yadav-led side currently lead the series 2-1, having won the first two T20Is and losing the third by a margin of five-wickets, they will aim to bounce back and clinch the series with the fourth T20I scheduled to be played on Friday, December 1. On the other hand, after the completion of the T20I series, the Men in Blue will travel to South Africa for a multi-format series, including three T20Is, three ODIs and two Tests.

BCCI announces squads for Test, ODI & T20I series against South Africa
On Thursday, November 30, BCCI announced Team India squads for the upcoming multi-format series against South Africa. The Men in Blue will travel to the Rainbow nation for three-match T20I series, followed by a three-match ODI series and two Tests from December 10, 2023 until January 7, 2024. Rohit Sharma will continue to lead the side in Tests, while KL Rahul will be India’s captain in ODI series. Dominica pulls out as host venue for ICC T20 World Cup 2024
Caribbean country Dominica has pulled out as one of the hosts of the ICC T20 World Cup in June 2024. The marquee T20 tournament is set to be hosted by the United States of America and seven countries from the West Indies. As per the local government's statement, Dominica will not host any World Cup games as the authorities wouldn't be able to complete the venues in time.

BCCI on Thursday, November 30 announced India A squad for two four-day matches against South Africa A, along with one inter-squad three-day match. While the India A squad will be led by KS Bharat, Indian wicketkeeper-batter, Abhimanyu Easwaran’s availability is upon subject to fitness. Team India will take on South Africa A in two four-day matches from 11-14 and 26-29 December 2023.
Shreyas Iyer to replace Tilak Varma in playing XI for IND vs AUS 4th T20I
Shreyas Iyer, who has made his return to the Indian setup as the vice-captain for the final two T20Is against Australia, will replace Tilak Varma in the playing XI during the fourth match, as per SportsTiger sources. Indian men’s cricket team head coach Rahul Dravid said that he is yet to sign a contract with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The contract will allow him to continue as the head coach of the senior men’s team until the T20 World Cup next year. Dravid told the PTI, "I haven't yet signed a contract with the BCCI but had discussions on tenure. Once I get the papers, I will sign.”
Uganda qualifies for T20 World Cup 2024; 20 teams finalised
Uganda on Thursday, November 30 created history as they qualified for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. They registered a nine-wicket win over Rwanda at Windhoek in Namibia to seal their berth. With Uganda's win, the 20 team for the marquee event has also been finalised, which is set to take place in West Indies and the USA in June 2024.
Pakistan Cricket Board promotes Shan Masood in central contract list
T he PCB has decided to upgrade Pakistan Test captain Shan Masood's category in the central contract list from D to B. The decision has been made in line with board's policy that if a centrally contracted player below A or B categories is appointed captain, their contract shall be upgraded to category B for the tenure of their captaincy.
