The 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has reached its penultimate stage with the table-toppers in Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) taking on the SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Tuesday, May 21. Moreover, the IPL 2024 playoff stage, including the final also has reserve day option available. “For the playoff matches, in addition to the extra time referred to above, there may be reserve days (on which an incomplete playoff match shall be completed),” the IPL rule states.
