The ICC T20 World Cup 2022 group stage is underway and all the Group 2 teams have played their starting three matches as the top two teams will qualify for the semifinals stage on November 9 and 10. The Group 2 comprise of India, South Africa, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, Pakistan and Netherlands.
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semifinals as the first-placed South Africa are yet to lose a game in the Group 2 as they have won two games while no result was obtained from their match against Zimbabwe. India are the second-placed team with two victories and a defeat against the Proteas.

All the six teams in the Group 2 have two games remaining in the group stage as South Africa require to win only one game to qualify for the semifinals while India, Bangladesh and Zimbabwe can confirm their semifinals berth by winning both their remaining games.
On the other hand, Pakistan require to win both their remaining games with a big margin to stay in the scheme of things. Netherlands stand no chance to qualify for the knockout stages after losing all three of their opening games.
