The four-time world champion kickboxer and multi-millionaire, Andrew Tate has always found himself surrounded by a streak of controversies. Recently, the former kickboxer has landed into another controversy as he has been reportedly banned by social media giants like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

The 35-year-old American-British is also a social media influencer as his personal website offers training courses on getting rich and 'male–female interactions'. Tate along with his brother made millions of dollars by selling sob stories to desperate men by using webcam girls.

Tate became viral on internet after his videos of hitting a woman contestant with belt from the reality show Big Brother season 17 emerged as he was eventually evicted from the show following this incident.

For his alleged misogynistic videos, Tate was earlier banned from Twitter permanently while he was banned from Facebook and Instagram after Meta stated that he violated policies classified under “dangerous organizations and individuals.” Women's rights advocacy groups have also criticised the self-described 'success coach' for his alleged misogynist and sexist remarks.
