On April 24 episode of RAW, Triple H announced that WWE would be bringing back the World Heavyweight Championship, although with a new look. The tournament to crown a new champion will feature 12 wrestlers including multiple former World Champions, WWE Hall of Famers, and young up-and-coming stars. Six of them will be RAW wrestlers while the other six will be SmackDown wrestlers. The prestigious tournament will conclude at the Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia in three weeks, where WWE will get their next heavyweight champion of the world.
