The T20 World Cup 2021 was one to forget for Team India after Men in Blue suffered heavy defeats to Pakistan and New Zealand in group stages to eventually get knocked out of the mega event. As it turns out, the tournament which happened in UAE is still in the news but for extremely different reasons.

One of the sharks from Shark Tark India, Ashneer Grover, was recently accused by BharatPe Board of selling thousands of passes worth crores for the cricket mega event. And now, the 40-year-old has given a fitting reply to all the accusations in his own unique style.

Kuchh nahi mila to kuchh bhi: Ashneer Grover

He tweeted, "What BharatPe Board thinks I am doing at ICC World Cup “10 ka 2, 10 ka 2, 10 ka 2 - aye sahab mangta hai kya ticket black mein ?!” What I am actually doing is ensuring Suhail Sameer and @sumeetsingh29 don’t drink silly the hospitality section dry. Kuchh nahi mila to kuchh bhi !!!"

Ashneer Grover further used his famous dialogue from Shark Tank India and suggested the board to stop making all these fake accusations and rather watch the latest video of Ashish Chanchlani, which is a comical version of the hit reality show. "Board waalo yeh sab Doglapan chodo aur yeh dekho - much more creative and fun for everyone," he tweeted.

With nothing yet proven, it will be intriguing to see if the BharatPe Board can back their allegations levied against Ashneer Grover with a concrete proof. If there is any evidence, one can see BCCI (hosts of the T20 World Cup 2021) and ICC (governing body of world cricket) also intervening to look into the matter. But as of now, with no proof, the Shark has certainly silenced the board in some style.
